You gotta laugh :) . . . .

Thanks to this FODMAP diet or just overall feeling better because I enjoy eating again! However, there have been days where I have eaten too much (prednisone!) and have had a similar experience like the kid in the video below. Thank goodness for benefiber! 🙂 Enjoy!
